**For NAGPUR location**
Expected to have:
• 1-4 years of experience of working on a UI/UX Design
• An understanding of Design Thinking methodologies
• Profound UI design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Experience with multi-platform development, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web and Desktop Applications.
• Knowledge of design and prototyping tools, e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Abstract, etc.
• The ability to account for each stage of the user journey using journey maps, user flow diagrams, sketches, etc
• Prior experience with usability testing and user interviews
• Ability to understand and document the workflows for your designs
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and how to apply them
• Experience working in Agile product development teams
• Previous work with in a SaaS and/or B2B organization
**For NAGPUR location**
AS UX DESIGNER, YOU WILL:
• Work closely with senior designers and product leaders to research, identify and address key business/customer goals.
• Design user interfaces for massively scalable programs applications across desktop and mobile.
• Be a proactive participant in the entire iterative design process from discovery through launch.
• Document functional user requirements to communicate design, process, rationale and decisions that direct and support UX/UI and functional design
• Utilize the UX Design System to create consistent interfaces our customers recognize as Triosoft products
